This exclusive Gordon's Bay venue for hire can only be booked by appointment and is available to hire for weddings, birthdays, babyshowers, engagment partys, corporate functions, music events, film shoots and more!
Basic Package
Our basic package offers a spacious entertaining area with huge windows and breathtaking views of Helderberg Mountain, the back of Table Mountain and False Bay Ocean. We are pleased to inform you the wifi and speaker work during loadsheeding. As well as some main lights, a spotlight and camping lights for the bathrooms. There are two bathroom facilities for use when renting this space.

Pool Area

If you want access to use the pool during your event there is an additional cost.
All people using the pool do so at their own risk. Owners and management are NOT responsible for any accidents or injuries.
Pool Rules:
- NO jumping or diving
- NO glass, food or smoking in pool area
- NO running or rough play
- NO peeing in the pool
- NO pushing others into the water
- All kids are to be supervised by their parents or legal guardians
- Floors get extremely slippery when wet, use with caution
*If an excess amount of water is thrown out of the pool an additional charge will be added to your invoice.
Kitchen Area

Our venue is for self-catering events. We provide you with a space to assemble your meal and a fridge, but no cooking on site.
Should your caterer want to use the kitchen there is an additional charge.
This price is subject to change depending on the type of event and number of guests.
Accommodation

Our venue has a 1 bedroom en-suite situated inside the house which is to be booked through airbnb ONLY. This room sleeps 2 guests ONLY. There is secure parking behind the gate for airbnb guests. If you decide to book the room during our event, please lock the room while not in it. Perspective Venue is not to be held responsible for your belongings.
Please advise check-in is from 3:00pm and check out is 11:00am
