VENUE FOR HIRE

General Booking Terms

• A R2000 non-refundable damage deposit is required to secure the venue booking and date with the balance due 12 days prior to the event
• Kindly note that the venue's capacity limit has been set at 60 guests per booking due to the lack of parking.
• If you would like to set-up or break down outside of your selected time slot there is a fee of R200 per hour, this should be done on the same day as your venue. All deliveries for catering and decor needs to be signed and recieved by yourself.
  
• You are welcome to hire the venue and bring in everything yourself subject to signing the event disclaimer
• We are pleased to inform you the wifi and speaker work during loadshedding
• Bring your own wood or charcoal, firelighters, grid and braai tools
• Alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the premises
  
• We are a self-catering venue, we ask that you bring your own plates, cups, cutlery, ect
• We provide 3 pool towels for around the pool area that are to be given back before your departure time
• We ask that the hirer ensures that all attendees show consideration towards local residents living around the venue
• No glass is permitted around the pool area. No empty bottles are allowed to leave the venue's premises, all are to be thrown away upon time of departure
